Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :
✓ Prior to 45 days or more – 25% of tour cost.✓ Between 44 and 31 days of departure – 40% of tour cost.
✓ Between 30 and 15 days of departure – 50% of tour cost.
✓ Between 14 days and 7 prior to date of departure – 75%.
✓ Between 6 days and In case of no show – 100%.
