Cancellation & Refund Policy
Request for cancellation and refund should be made in written, duly signed by the camper / guardian. Verbal / email communication is not acceptable.
Refund will be paid by cheque and not in cash within 30 days of camp conclusion.
Whatever the reason, substitution of one camper with another is not permitted. For cancellation of air tickets, rules of the airline company will apply.
Cancellation charges will be applicable as follows and will cover all situations such as injuries, sickness, exams, interviews, selection in tournaments etc.
- For cancellations done prior to 45 days of departure, No cancellation fees would apply.
- For cancellations done between 31 to 44 days of departure, 25% cancellation fees would apply.
- For cancellations done between 21 to 30 days of departure, 50% cancellation fees would apply.
- For cancellations done between 11 to 20 days of departure, 75% cancellation fees would apply.
- For cancellations done within 10 days of departure, 100% cancellation fees would apply. No refunds would be made.
Not Included in the Tour Fare
Charges and expenses other than those specified in the preceding Article 7, such as:
- Laundry, telephone, additional meals and drinks, and any other expenses of personal nature.
- Airport departure taxes.
- Excess baggage.
- Medical expenses for injuries and illness.
- Travel and accommodation costs between arrival/departure and the start and end points of the itinerary.
Additional Fares
The additional fares are required for following arrangements:- Additional charges for “Upgrade Plans” to upgraded hotels or class of room.
- Additional charges for changing from a “Plan Without Meals” to a “Plan With Meals”.
- Additional charges for “Hotel Extension Plan” to extend the staying period.
- Surcharges to upgrade airline classes.
- Other additional charges as specified in pamphlets and other material.
